The Bannu west Block # 3370-13 was awarded to Tullow Pakistan (Developments) Limited on April 27, 2005. The Block is located in Districts Bannu, FR Bannu, FR Lakki Marwat, Hangu, Kurram and North Waziristan Agency of KPK and FATA area. By a Deed of Assignment dated December 06, 2018, Saif Energy Limited assigned its entire 10% Working Interest to Zaver Petroleum Corporation (Private) Limited (ZPCL) under and in the Concession Documents and Joint Property relating thereto in the Bannu West Block with effect from June 08, 2018.
