  • OPI is one of the main E&P players in Pakistan and has accumulated one of the largest acreage positions in the country
    • Over $600mm invested in Pakistan E&P activities since 1995
  • OPI has a strong global operational track record of drilling 52 wells
    • 27 discoveries made to date
    • Peak production of c. 14 kboepd
  • OPI has been able to grow organically and through acquisitions in Pakistan:
    • In 1995, acquired Occidental Petroleum’s Pakistan operations
    • In 2008, the Mirpur Khas and Khipro Blocks were farmed-out to BP
    • In 2015, acquired the Zamzama gas field from BHP Billiton
    • In 2018, OPI acquired working interests in assets from Tullow Oil, Saif Energy and OGDCL
